I’m Safiya Stewart-Sagoua, founder of SSS Coaching & Learning Solutions. For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of instructional design, career coaching, and leadership development to support individuals navigating change. Whether I’m designing a workshop, guiding someone through a career pivot, or building a self-directed learning module, my goal is always the same: to help people move forward with confidence, clarity, and agency.

I specialize in inclusive instructional design, career development, and equity-centered learning strategies, blending creativity, technology, and empathy to create impactful, accessible solutions. With a Master’s in Learning Design & Technology and certification from the National Career Development Association (NCDA), I bring both academic rigor and soulful connection to every project.
