I’m Safiya Stewart‑Sagoua, founder of SSS Coaching & Learning Solutions. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked where learning, career development, and leadership growth meet, supporting people as they navigate change with clarity, intention, and a sense of their own becoming.

My work is rooted in lived experience and equity‑centered practice. I design learning that feels human and accessible, coach professionals through transitions and pivots, and support leaders in building grounded, inclusive, purpose‑driven leadership. I also write, essays and reflections that explore identity, learning, creativity, and the quiet work of growth. Writing is where I make meaning, and it shapes how I show up as a coach, designer, and facilitator.

I bring both academic grounding and professional training to this work. I’m a Certified Career Coach, a Leadership and Executive Coach, and a Certified Career Services Provider. I hold a Master’s in Learning Design, and I’m currently a doctoral student in Education Leadership, studying how generative AI, equity, and career development intersect for Black women in higher education.

At my core, I believe learning should honor people, their stories, their identities, and their possibilities. Everything I design, coach, or write begins there.
